The Moon

The Moon represents the hidden, the secret, the mystical.
There is some difference of opinion as to what kind of secrets.  Are they dark knowledge, hidden for a reason?  Or are they gifts from the Goddess, represented by the presence of the Moon, mystical insights full of knowledge?  If you are seeking hidden knowledge or secrets, take a minute and consider carefully what it is that you are seeking and what you will do with what you learn.  Be honest with yourself before you resume your pursuit.

The Moon

The Moon is a card of intuition, of dreams and of illusions.  When it appears in a reading it may be warning you of your own emotional responses.  You may be ignoring pitfalls and problems along your path.  On the other hand you may be only looking at the problems and becoming absorbed in failure.  Look deeper into your motives, goals and desires and be honest with yourself about the real roots of your reactions to your world.  The light of the Moon is a reflection and does not fully illuminate your surroundings, you must look more closely to see reality.
