Four of Pentacles

The Four of Pentacles is about fear of loss.  Pentacles represent our earthly possessions; money, home, items we value; health and appearance.
Change is inevitable and if we cling too tightly to the things we already have we not only risk losing them but we do not see the new things that could come into our lives.  Clinging too tightly to possessions, or the past, can stifle creativity and our ability to enjoy today.  Safe guarding our possessions or our health is not the same as stifling them.  Do not cling so tightly, look at newly opened doors for what you will find there.

4 of Pentacles

Tarot of a Magical Forest
4 of Pentacles - Clinging
The Fox in this card is clinging tightly to three out of four pentacles. He does not look happy with his possessions. Perhaps he is resisting letting go of something, or moving on. Perhaps he is afraid of losing what he has now. Maybe he is just content with the status quo but knows that change is inevitable. He might be greedy, but looks more worried than greedy. He should take a look at what he is holding and consider what might happen if he were to let go.
