Knight of Cups

The Knight of Cups is devoted to emotion.  Cups are a symbol of Water, the West and Emotions. 
This Knight rides a white unicorn, a symbol of purity and innocence.  He is not pursuing the Cup as much as he is connected with it.  The Knight is courtly, romantic and treats everyone with the same courtesy.  This card may be an affirmation of the qualities of someone in your life.  Often acting as a messenger, the Knight may be telling you of good things to come on an emotional level.
I thought it was interesting to draw this card for Valentine's Day.  This Knight might have much to tell you about this day.

Knight of Cups

The Knight of Cups keeps in mind his association with Water and emotions.  Unlike some of the other knights he is not charging off on his quest.  Rather he is making his way with persistence and a calm assurance that he is on the right journey.  His mount is also full wisdom and is a good companion on this journey.   Success in the ultimate end of the journey is taken for granted and they are enjoying their travels and adventures.

The Knight of Cups is guided by emotion.  The Knight can bring something into your life that is of emotional importance to you.  Often linked with a new romantic interest there are also other gifts that the Knight can bring.  Most often a long sought after or wished for changed in your life.  Perhaps an invitation of great importance or a new project in your life that brings emotional contentment and happiness.  Be open to whatever the Knight is bringing.
