This is another deck I recently heard about that is based on mythology. In this case primarily Irish Celtic.
Unlike the Llewellyn Tarot which fits Welsh mythology into the Rider Waite format, this one does not. It is broken down into major and minor arcana and 4 suites and apparently the major arcana do follow the Rider Waite format, albeit with different names. But the remainder of the deck is based on myths and many cards bear no resemblance to the 'regular' meanings. This looks like an interesting deck, but learning the new system would be a project to be prepared for.
